It looks like you are also a bag fanatic. That's nice. It is really refreshing to find men who have an appreciation for their wive's/girlfriend's love of handbags and to admit to their own appreciation.

We go to yard sales every friday and saturday (a few rare sunday ones but you'll have one or 2 of them for every 100 fri-sat sales) and we live in an area that has a lot of very nice neighborhoods so there are plenty of people who can afford expensive designer bags. We have never seen a real high end handbag at a yard sale. We've seen quite a few knockoffs but the odds of finding a $1000+ bag sitting on a table in someone's garage are pretty slim.

The 2 D&Bs cost $1 and $2, the Cole Haan cost $1 and the Coach cost $2. If you are looking for cool styles, shapes and colors and not worried about labels you could fill a closet with nice bags in no time. I've walked away from dozens of bags this year, if we bought every bag she liked pretty soon we'd have to have our own yard sale to get rid of them.
