I love seeing everyone's closets, and how they keep everything organized. Everyone has some great ideas. I'm a neat freak so these kinds of threads I love. So how about all your accessories?! Scarves, sunglasses, belts, and so on, how do you organize them? Where do you keep them?
Let's see some pictures!!! |

Sorry, no pictures, but I have the same question as you do. I would really love a mid-tall, narrow accessory dresser to store all my accessories. But I can't seem to find a way to display without collecting dust all my costume jewelry so that I can pick & choose as I please to dress myself for the day.

truthfully since I have too much stuff and no where to put half of it. I have some of my handbags and accessories stored in my dresser and some stored in a clothes hamper. I really need to get rid of some stuff so I can store and organize better.

Here's a picture of how my cold weather wear, flip flops, and wallets and what not are organized. I'll take more pictures of my jewelry and everything else later.

My closet is a mess right now - so no pics!
I have a lingere chest which I use for accessories. It has 7 drawers all the way down. The first is used for sunglasses. The second is a gift drawer, for small christmas gifts (my not-so secret hiding place!), the third is for wallets, and the fourth for fountain pens. The fifth is for coldweather gear (woolen scarves, gloves of all sorts, earmuffs!) and the sixth and seventh are for silk scarves. I keep hat boxes on a shelf over my clothes. They are a mix of cowboy hats, wool blocked highly accented hats, and fedoras. They are either in unused purse boxes or in hat boxes. Every box is different so I know what I am looking for. |

Um . . . I don't organize anything . . . Sometimes I don't even fold my laundry . . . by which I mean most times . . .
But belts do go on a belt spinner. And I leave most of my cold weather stuff on the top shelf of the closet by the front door so it doesn't get lost and I have it when I am leaving the house. |
