We own a chainsaw that specifies on its label not to stop the blades with one's hands, face or genitals (seriously, it says that on the warning label!). For years now I've wondered who might need such a warning label, and now I know. I REALLY hope these people do not sue the saw company for not warning them not to use the product in this manner.

If it happened to you, would you bleed to death or die of embarrassment?

I wonder if the box of the saw they used had this warning label?
Is it possible for them to sue the company now?

^^ God I hope not.

I would think it's going to be a frivolous lawsuit: "We were using this item inappropriately and got injured because of it."

In a lawsuit they'd have to provide all sorts of pictures and doctors' testimony as evidence, I bet.

How embarrassing!!!!!
