I've heard of a woman getting a burn on the inside of her thigh by using a toy with a frayed wire.

But this is a new one.

Although I can believe that this isn't the most unusual thing the ER has seen.

I don't know about any of you guys but I just grabbed my hoo ha and went "ooooowwwww". Poor girl - I hope she's ok.

Many moons ago I worked part time in a police station while in grad school doing clerical work. Once in the middle of the night, the police and fire crews got dispatched on a call from 911 to a girl who was frantic b/c she had forgotten she was wearing one tampon already and, um, inserted a second. She was freaking out because she'd just been intimate with her BF, realized she was wearing a pair of tampax and then could not get them "out". I KID YOU NOT.

I knew of a girl who died for this very reason in high school. I'm sorry but I just do not understand how anyone can forget they are on their cycle let alone forget they are wearing a tampon!
