Thats no man on the video. Hes a coward and is obviously insecure about himself to be beating up on little girls. I hope he is fired and never allowed to work in law enforcement anywhere ever again. I also think the other officer that allowed that to go on should be punished as well. He never should have allowed that pig to do that to the girl.

The cop should be penalized over that excessive violence. It looked like she passed out at one point. And he came back to check if there were any blood splatters left behind?

If I was in a jail cell, I'd be mincingly taking my shoes off my feet when requested... You can tell from the video, the girl was not a frightened dainty girl. She was confrontational by her body language (arms folded). She kicked the shoe off so hard it flew as if on purpose. So it could be viewed that she was assaulting an officer with her shoe/s. To that crazy cop, it was enough to set him off to subdue her, as if she had drawn a weapon upon him.

Oh yeah he is a "real man" beating up a little girl... He must feel so proud, and I bet he has some kind of explanation like "she provoked me".
Bastard.

Wow, that's ridiculous and he should definitely be punished. Horrible.

But, he doesn't represent all cops.

Even if she threw a shoe at him, it is in no way to respond especially for a police officer, i hope he doesnt have any children or if they throw food on the floor thats what they get?? I am disgusted how some police officers abuse their power and get away with it, i hope they will fire him and put him to jail, they would have done it to someone who did this as a domestic violence wouldnt they, why should cops be exempt from the law! Appalling!!

Yes, that's the story - that she was mouthing off earlier, calling them "dirty pigs", etc. Of course we that live in the real world know that being a lippy smartass doesn't justify a beat down.

And aren't cops supposed to be trained to deal with verbal abuse? I'm sure "dirty Pig" is not the worst thing he has ever been called by someone he has arrested. Don't cops have training to deal with anger and aggression??? Aren't they supposed to set the example for the rest of us? He needs to be in anger management ASAP.

Not all cops are jerks, many take the job of protect and serve very seriously, but unfortunately the one's who are jerks are more visible and tend to give all of them a bad name.

She mouthed off to him and that merited a beating in his mind?? She's 15 and he's supposed to be an adult trained peace officer. He's not too smart, someone will tell her to sue.

that being said, i hope this guy loses his job instead of being suspended with pay and/or assigned to desk duty. i also hope he serves jail time. if he does this to juvenile offenders, i hesitate to think what other violent acts he's committed elsewhere (i.e. at his own home).
Well said.

Well, if he ends up doing a little prison/jail time...him being a police officer, I doubt he's going to have very many friends there if you know what I mean.
