When I initially saw the report I was like..."Ok...maybe she kept saying mean things about him about being overweight".....but when I heard the rest...I was really in shock....I could not believe some one would say things like that.

I think what really got my blood boiling was when she told them...
"I have rights too so when you lie on me I have the right to an attorney I have the right to file charges against you and your parents. I have the right to take you straight up to the Grand jury and the federal government and file charges against your parents and garnish whatever wages are in your houses that's the law,"...

I was like WTF!.....No WAY!...she said that?

That poor little boy and those poor children.

You know, if a teacher has some choice words about their students they should share those things in private so the parents, and most importantly the children, don't hear them.

Irregardless of what the teacher thought of the students, she shouldn't have said those things in front of the children!

I know....I was seriously speechless when I heard it. My DH was just as shocked. Can you just imagine what is already in the minds of those kids after hearing HER on a daily basis.

I'm just hoping the school district does get rid of her.

And before any of you jump on me . . . I know irregardless is not a word.

I was using it ironically.

Teachers can & do serious damage to pupils with their bullying, it is shocking!

Teacher probably shouldn't be in a classroom, but I wish I could send home tape-recordings of the students today or get the press to report on the language they use to the teacher & each other.

ITA!

And how did she get a job as a teacher?!? Her grammar is atrocious!

Default I DEFEND that teacher! Stop judging!
That teacher that was caught on tape was misrepresented and misunderstood. She is a wonderful teacher! One of the BEST educators out there and she taught 2 of my children. About a year ago I wrote a letter to the principal stating my appreciation for this teacher and wished everyone would be more like her.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx religious discussions/attacks are not allowed here

Once again I tell you, this teacher did NOTHING wrong, I KNOW for a fact! This is the only reason I signed up in this place, to specifically DEFEND this teacher!
