My god this is terrible... it reminds me of this little psycho girl I was babysitting, i was so angry , sad , confused...Her parents were so nice, too nice with her , she's an only child.

Once I was babysitting , she had her first pet , a "miniature hamster" , size of a baby mouse. She acted like an angel when her parents were there , once they were gone she turned into a little monster ! Really crual games with her hamster going on , I tried multiple times to stop her , she threatened me with such crazy things for her age ( she just turned 8 and threatened me to report to her parents that I slapped her and did nasty things to her ! ! ! ! )
I couldn't look at what she was doing to the hamster , when I saw it I was wondering why it missed one eye , now I know why..
I'm still so sad about this , sad for the parents too .

I cried a few nights but send a letter to her parents , now when I see them with they're daughter they seem annoyed by her and really as if they were ashamed.
( daughter is often with babysitters or at private school , is spoiled and lonely...)

GROUNDING?! She should be sent to juvy at least.

The filmer is horrible as well, recording 13 minutes of abuse.

How awful! That girl needs some serious counseling. I hope that they do take some sort of legal action against her. I find it hard to believe that someone wasn't already aware of her sadistic streak. It doesn't usually come out of the blue. I have a hard time believing that grounding and talking to her is going to have any long term effect on her behavior. The way she beat on that poor dog was disgusting.

noticed that she was a little overweight maybe the kids at her school are mean to her and she takes her anger out on the puppy. Noticed that my dogs never like to be around my cousin when she can over to visit. She was 11 years old and overweight by 25lbs. The kids at her school were really mean to her. She came to my house and kicked and punched my 2 dogs behind my back. I happened to see her doing it I confronted her about it and got her to tell me why she was so mean to my animals. Her dad took her for some counseling . I don't have her anywhere near my dogs and shes never left alone with my young son or any of the smaller non talking kids in the family. I just don't trust her.

She is a disgusting human being. I couldn't even watch the entire video because it made me so sick to watch.

I can't believe the person filming didn't stop her from what she was doing. I can understand filming for a few seconds as evidence, but 13 minutes?
As for the girl... She is not a toddler. 12 y/o is old enough to know better and have respect for animals. *edited out the rest*

I can't bring myself to watch the video but that girl needs to be in psychotherapy and locked up, she is well on her way to becoming a serial killer.

I posted this elsewhere and am sick of hearing how we should "feel sorry for her as she must have been bullied/abused herself". Hmmm, lots of people are bullied and abused (myself included) but do not go on to be cruel to animals and/or other children.

No excuses (in my opinion).

^ I feel sorry for the dog & the owner. Everyone else involved needs to step back, take a look at themselves and what they're doing, including the parents, and change.

ITA, people that torture small animals have serious psychological issues that have the potential to turn into very dangerous people when they "grow up". This girl needs help, serious serious help.

The thought of someone so young being capable of that kind of abuse is horrific and disgusting. Her parents should be ashamed of her.

I don't even want to watch the video because I know it will upset me.
