Default Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy dead at 77
http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/08/...edy/index.html

Eunice Kennedy Shriver passed away about two weeks ago and now Ted had passed, too. I hope they both rest in peace.

This hurts to hear. He was such an inspiring figure in the world of politics and he will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

I was so sad to hear of this this morning...an era ends now with his passing = Jack, Bobby & Ted. I can't imagine how the family is handling this since they just lost his sister so very recently...my thoughts and prayers go out to them all.

So sad and may the Honorable Sentator from MA RIP.

THis morning on Today, Chris Matthews said he was the "true Kennedy brother" and sopke of how he passed the torch to Obama, and that now he (Obama) was the last brother. No politics, but I feel so sad for the family to have suffered these two losses so close together.

RIP, Senator Kennedy. What a legacy he leaves - so much he witnessed and championed in his lifetime...one of the few Kennedy men in his generation who lived beyond 50!
