What about the small plastic bags for veggies/fruit? Will those be available? I like to stick my meat products in them to avoid leakage

Shhhhhhhh!!!
The ones on the rolls in the produce section? Dunno. Anybody in cities already with the ban on disposable bags, are these included?

Same here. The plastic bags never go to waste in my house. We use them to line trash cans (not as pretty as the cute little Glad scented ones but whatever), and to wrap things in when we pack suitcases.

I will say, I do like reusable bags though. I like that they are durable and I also like the insulated ones. Insulated ones are great if you are going to run a lot of errands but are worried about milk spoiling and such.

I think that everyone should use reusable bags as much as they can BUT i also think plastic should be available to those who don't have their reusable bag on hand. The 5 cent plastic bag charge was enough to deter most people from buying plastic anyway. They should just implement that in all cities instead of banning plastic altogether. Our idiot mayor was trying to get rid of the 5 cent bag fee and so they eliminated the fee but then decided to ban plastic altogether. It totally backfired. They should've just left the 5 cent charge alone.
