But he had said he would pay for half of the laser treatment to remove the tattoos, The Telegraph said. "Kimberley is unhappy and it is not my wish to have an unsatisfied client," Mr Toumaniantz said. But after Ms Vlaeminck's confession he had withdrawn the offer, The Telegraph said. Mr Toumaniantz last week said he did not mind the international exposure. "I don't regret it. To tell you the truth, this has given me some publicity." He now intends to get written consent from clients before he begins tattooing, The Telegraph said.

That tattoo artist is far, far too generous. She's 18! She is solely responsible for this, and too bad she regrets it. She needs to pay for what she asked for regardless.

Wow! I knew something was too fishy ... I'm glad she confessed.

My dad guessed it right when he first heard the news! He said she probably really liked it, went home and then her parents disapproved ... so she had tattoo remorse. What a silly girl.

And I don't understand why he would agree to a laser treatment if she had lied in the first place. It's good that he's now getting written consents.

Because people love when others do generous things, and I'm sure that the amount of new clients he'll get for being such a nice guy will make him more money than half the cost of her laser treatment.

She's a stupid girl...come on, like anyone would truly believe that she was asleep when she got her face tatooed! However, I think this is the funniest thing I've seen or read in awhile...her own damn fault really, but, where was her dad??? Why didn't he stay to watch it being done??? He offered to pay for it, why didn't he stay to watch it?
