That's amazing. That show is fun, I love watching when people are surprised by what they have.

I inherited a signed etching by Edouard Manet from my great-uncle, and my grandmother gave me a very old Buddha head ("thousand of years old" she told me) and a small ceramic horse that she brought back from Viet Nam back in the 70s when Saigon was evacuated. I have often wondered if these pieces were worth anything but I don't think I could ever sell them. Still...a million dollars...WOW.

I love this show and I can tell you my dh doesn't share the same feelings, but it gives me hope to all the "junk" my FIL has given us when he moved

My parents are leaving me an accordion amongst other things... I don't *think* it was made for an emperor though...

I really have enjoyed this show over the years. It is amazing what they discover and where things originate from. Glad she got such a great price!!!
