The government should deny her the extra funds even if she puts all the weight back on. I bet if she knew she wasn't getting any extra $$ she would control her eating.

Her attitude just astounds me. Why, exactly, does she feel entitled to "free" money? Maybe she'd lose more weight if she went to work! Grrrrr.

reminds me of that story posted a while back about that overweight family who didn't work and said it was because they were too fat!

If I were the government, such genes would #1) never be allowed to survive & #2) should be never allowed to procreate.

She should have been let to starve with nothing to "claim" to buy food until she lost all the weight & is willing to work for her food!

Can only feed the person for a day when you give them fish
When you teach them to fish, you may have enable then to feed themselves their whole life...

In saying that, those free loaders should still just starve.

wow, this is insane. i'm surprised this is in UK and not the US. after all, US is the land of entitlement and of people suing McDonald's left and right for their personal weight problems (sure, fast-food chains are the ones that force the food down people's throats

). the whole notion of "personal responsibility" seems to be taking a demise in society these days..

People like this make me absolutely furious with their entitled attitude...

Apparently NHS didn't take care of the "true" problem with this girl...her brain. Emotionally she doesn't feel like an apple. What kind of BS is that? Sure, it's nice to have something sweet every once in a while, but to have four of each kind of candy bar a day just because she doesn't FEEL like an apple? Sorry, I could eat oreos and pop tarts all day long because that's what I feel like, but I don't because I care about myself, my health, my body and my family....Which obviously this girl doesn't.
