Oh, what a sad story! Clearly, that little girl knew her time was limited, and what a precious, wonderful thing she did. I cannot even imagine the pain of losing a child to cancer, and I hope these notes bring whatever comfort is possible to the family.

A 6 year old with brain cancer, the poor little love. May she rest in peace.

What a heart breaking story, I'm glad that a portion of the book will go towards preventing this type of thing having to happen again.

I actually would love to read this book. I can't wait to read it. It's terrible that she passed away. I couldn't imagine what she and her family have gone through.

This is such a bittersweet article.

It reminds me of my friend that recently passed away from Leukemia. She was such an optimistic, hilarious girl. She left things behind for her friends, and had people send things she'd written and made once she passed. It's really reminiscent of P.S. I Love You. It's amazing how much hope and love these people have.
