How many IUI cycles have you had or did you need to get pregnant?

Oh Duraine, sorry to hear that.

I had my first cycle of injections, it was hard at first but I managed to poke myself. DH sat and watched.

If this cycle it does not work, I am going for a 2nd one then take a break.

But I did have emotion rollercoaster for the first 2 weeks, so much hormones in my body!

Hi Duraine, may I know how long have you been trying naturally before going for IUI? I am thinking to try IUI since I have been trying to conceive for 18+ months but still not successful.

Hi Godzilla- I have been trying for 2 yrs, I am 38
Gonna do another IUI in Sept- this time using injectable drugs.
First IUI's I did were natural.

Tomorrow is my 4th IUI- First 2 were natural- no drugs, last time I used follistim pen at 225 cc's and ovidrel, this time 300cc's of follistim and last night did the ovidrel.
Give me tons of baby dust everyone.

I wound up having 6 IUIs - 2 with Clomid, 3 with Femara, and 1 with Menopur. Don't lose hope Duranie - it will happen!! Good luck and baby dust!
