Brazil Nuts

It might not sound sexy but oz for oz there are few betters sources of fertility boosting vitamin A than liver.
Studies show that men who get plenty of A each day have higher sperm counts and perform better sexually than men that don't. Can't stomach the liver? Try a salad made with red leaf lettuce and shredded carrots.

Frozen Peaches.
Univ of Texas researches found that men that consuem at least 200 mg of Vit C a day had higher sperm counts than men who took in less.
Keep a bag of frozen peach slices then have more C than fresh ones do---in your freezer to dump in smoothies or add to your morning cereal.
