No luck with Clomid so far, about to start round 3, i don't have any health issues, both my husband and i have been given the all clear so it's very depressing each month :( also since i have been on clomid it has given me periods from hell, anyone have the same experience? has anyone got pregnant on clomid when they took it as an extra boost when they didn't suffer any medical fertility problems just couldn't get pregnant?

rosy, i'm so sorry clomid isn't working for you. are you also getting the trigger shot? are they monitoring your follicles and stuff?
i am now just waiting for my cycle to start so i can do my baseline day 3 ultrasound, have the hsg done, and hopefully start clomid! if not this cycle, then the next! YAY!

well guys, thought i would give you an update. I decided to stop Clomid and have a few months off to re gather before maybe having IUI or IVF. I ended up falling pregnant on my own, two long years but well worth it!!!!

I am 12 weeks pregnant and conceived on my first month of Clomid at 100mg/day from days 3 - 7. I was almost 37, fit and healthy, very regular periods but OPK revealed that I was only ovulating about half the time (if that). Day 3 FSH came back at 14 - not good and I was fast tracked to a fertility clinic. DH and I were on the waitlist for IVF and decided to try Clomid for one cycle 'just in case' although pretty much every fertility specialist said that given my circumstances it was unlikely to work. Well, I'm living proof that they can be wrong. Six and eight week ultrasounds both looked great, pregnancy is progressing totally normally, no bleeding or spotting, so fingers crossed that Clomid did the trick for us. Good luck to all those TTC! It's a difficult journey...

Congrats Rosy and bem!! That's wonderful news...

I met with a fertility specialist and turns out I have FSH issues too, so I just started Clomid also. Keeping my fingers crossed...

Wow..this definitely give me some hopes about Clomid. This month is my first try with Clomid, hopefully it does the trick. Plus I'm getting tired after trying for 14 mos. Sorry to sounds negative, but it's hard to keep your spirit up when you are dissapointed month after month.

Congrats Rosy and Bem!
