will they not press charges against him for that too?

The kid's medical records also show that he was brought to the hospital sometime in February because he was coughing up and drooling blood-tinged saliva.

I don't understand how any pediatrician could examine and discharge a 2-month old patient who presents with this symptom without at least doing one set of lung x-rays (which would have shown the trauma to the rib cage, too) prior to releasing the infant back into his parents' care!

this is horrible. i never understand the parents that say they just got angry and it got out of control. you can always just walk away, if you're that stressed and think you may harm it, just leave the baby to cry and it will soon stop when it gets tired. some people might say that they can't leave a crying baby but surely that's better than ending up killing one?

This is so incredibly sad. I just can't even fathom why ANYONE would harm a child.

How could someone who is supposed to protect and love their child do this to a defenseless infant. The poor baby and his family, I hope the father gets what he deserves.

wow that is just so sad seriously the dad deserves to live the rest of his long life in prison, with the guilt of what he did. and also with what the other inmates will do to him.

i swear, what kind of sick person does this.
