Default Question about color - pumpkin
Can anyone tell me how orange the pumpkin asher is? Does it get away at all being a brownish neutral, or is it quite orange?

It looks caramel colored to me. The attached pic is true to life. I love the color!

There are pics in the Reference Thread that I posted. I personally think it has a lot of orange in it. I think everyone has a different idea of color though. When I think of caramel, I think of more tans and browns and creams. Pumpkin doesn't come to mind. I think of it more of a terra cotta color. HTH

Thanks for your opinions. I went for it! It will be my first Treesje, I'm pretty darn excited. I had never considered this color, I wrote it off as simply orange. Then I saw a picture (including yours, tonij200...thank you!) that looked more like cognac, which I have a pair of boots that color which I love. I'm hoping it's not too orange IMO when I see it IRL. I know that it will have orange tones, I just hope it's more like the color I'm thinking it might be.

It's a little more orange in real life than caramel. The Cognac Asher that I just got is caramel. The Pumpkin Asher was pretty close in color to my Rebecca Minkoff Tangerine MAM.

It's a beautiful color though!

Thanks littlerock, seeing cognac and pumpkin together really helps. I probably was hoping it to be more like cognac, but pumpkin is a very interesting color and i'm hoping i will like it. I'm not great at knowing what colors work together...is pumpkin orange enough that it's not really a neutral/go with anything color? Are there colors that I shouldn't wear it with? That's my main issue...I tend to get more boring colored bags because I'm not the type to change out my bag with what I wear. I need a bag in a color that will go with everything.

LittleRock, thanks for posting pics of your cognac and pumpkin. Your pumpkin def has a muted orange appeal.

gretsch, pumpkin imo is definitely a neutral shade with a bit of a kick. You won't be disappointed!

I have the Hudson in Pumpkin and Love it! I think it is neutral in the sense that it goes with everything Fall. Browns, reds, can "pop" with the perfect green as well! I do not have an Asher, but am dying for one, just don't know what color I want.
