Ultimate Meet VEGAS August 2009 - DATE POLL

Hi Guys, as we are getting closer to 2009, I think its best to choose the TPF Ultimate meet Vegas 2009 Date. In the last thread I made we chose August as the month it would take place in. I think it is best if we keep it to a Friday or Saturday so I have made a poll so we can choose a date. Please Vote and post your opinions about the dates here.

**Please note- I have left out the week at the end of August as I dont think this works for many people, In the other thread people expressed concerns that there Kids may be at school or other Tpfers may be at college in September so I dont think it will be good for some people to Travel to Vegas because this is very near september and the start of a new term.**

Aug 2009..wow that is so far in advance..i don't have kids and am not in school so i could go any of those dates. I guess Saturdays are better, that way won't have to take days off work (i could fly out Saturday morning and go back Sun night, if need be).

Hmmm, there are way more people voting for hotel than date. Any idea why? Is there a general idea of when a definite date will be selected?

^^we will close this thread the same time we close the hotel thread so we can put up an official thread with ALL the definite details in it and have it stickied!

I wish I knew why more people arent voting for a date. Maybe they just dont care what day it is!

i think peoples dates are open .but for hotels everyone votes so they can try to get there pick

I'm not going to vote because, coincidentally, this is around the time Hub and I would go to Vegas anyway because our anniversary is 05-Aug and we were married in Vegas so we'll be there around that time anyway. I'll just wait until a date is picked and that's when we'll go haha

I wanna come! I'm not fussy about dates - too far in advance to know what is happening anyway.

I go to Vegas 2 - 3 times per year anyway so I presume I could make this work.
