Cool, I'm looking forward to it. Now the only problem is to get whatever I buy home again, lol.

Haha yeah. I'm considering getting a pegase 60 or 70 there, but then I'll take the train or boat home so I won't have to check it in, haha.
I'm actually semi-worried about the tags and stuff, because when I was there almost a year ago, I spent quite a lot of money and brought my new stuff home in my new keepall and had two huge gucci bags on the side and nothing happened, but after reading about american tPF'ers meeting with customs on the way home from abroad has scared me a bit.. Of course, if I'm really paranoid, I'll mail the reciepts home and claim it's old/fake, but I guess that will be a problem to worry about later.
God, I love shopping in Køben

hahah don't say it's fake, they'll confiscate it you shouldn't have too much trouble i don't think..

what would you use a pegase that big for though? you'd never check it in and with the handluggage rules becoming what they are you could only ever use it if you had a private plane

or on boats of course

i don't think norwegian customs could be nearly as scary as american customs if they tried though!

i really like café norden even though it's a bit touristy (they have cute waiters ), but i should spread my wings a little..

ooh and there are good restaurants and some nice bars, but i'll do some research before the meet you know, so you can have a good time
Annanas I go to café norden only to see the waiters....

To be honest, I don't think customs cares too much about designer goodies - fake or not, and we're not in the EU, so I'm not sure if they would've confiskated it, but I'd rather not risk it, so maybe I'll just take everything through and hope they don't notice me.
I've been wondering about the pegase thing too, because I really want it, and I've wanted it for a looong time, but I don't check in LV and I probably won't have a private jet in the near future, lol, and when I take the train I usually don't need a big suitcase, so it would probably end up collecting dust in my closet, but it's so pretty of course, I could always get the 50 which is apparently carry-on size. but oh well, that time, those worries. Customs tend to be nice here anyways I think/hope.

mellecyn yay! the more the merrier!

Yeah, we have LV in Oslo (I haven't been there yet though, but it looks nice), so I don't think I'll buy too much in copenhagen as I've heard they have some stupid credit card fee in .dk that charges foreigners 5% of what they paid for or something, but the SA's there are *cute* so I definately want to get something there

oh, and clubbing sounds cool! I'll probably have to stay in .dk for at least 24 hours to be enabled to duty free-things, and I'll probably go to the tivoli and meet up with some other people when I'm there as well, but clubbing is always welcomed.
Anybody know some good, affordable hotels there?
