There are a few different thread right now. One is to vote for the date, and another to vote for the hotel. Once we get everything situated and have an official thread up with all the official information(date, hotel, etc.), we will start to promote it throughout the forum a little bit more, asking a MOD to sticky it and promoting with signatures.

I would say about 30-35 right now. Wont know for sure until the OFFICIAL thread is up and people start making commitments. Im still working out the kinks for the meet place. I have a place, just trying to talk them into not charging and making all the money off the drinks

. Im pretty sure we can make it happen though, give me another week or so.
