Activities for the day

10:00am: Meet at food court in Fashion Show Mall
12:30pm: Lunch at Cafe Ba Ba Reeba
2:00pm: Shops at Wynn then head over to the shops at the Palazzo & Venetian
7:00pm: Dinner at The Cheesecake Factory (inside the Caesars Palace/Forum Shops)
9:00pm: Shopping at Forum Shops
12:00pm: For those who are still alert (lol!), Sedona lounge for drinks!

All of the times listed are not set in stone (the restaurant times will be, once I reserve), but it gives us a little bit of a schedule so we arent a completely unorganized crowd lol.

Hotels

After no success at finding a discount group rate, everyone will have to book their own hotel. There has been mention that Bally's is a nice & cheap place to stay. There are plenty of hotel deals going around, the rates are said to be as low as they've ever been! Don't forget to check out the discount sites like Orbitz.com, Expedia.com, etc.

If you arent quite sure if you will be able to attend or not, that's fine, but please still send me the information listed above!

If you have not been to Vegas in August...its HOT, very, very HOT. The temperature can easily reach 110 degrees, please come prepared for the extreme heat!

hey if i end up going i may fly into LA (could be cheaper) so i'd be up for that...though you'd have to watch your bags though, i could snag one or two...

Don't worry, everytime you leave the first thing I do is make sure all my bags are still all there.

OMG I just finish booking an outstanding deal w/Bellagio 90/night!! It's their Unparalleled Escape package, you can search for direct links on google, or deals.com. It's a bit tricky, the price is based on first night of your stay, so if you are staying 3 nights from Aug 8, each night will be 149. But the price chart show Aug 9 and 10 @ 90/night. To go around this, I made 2 separate reservation:

Delux Room (dunno what's delux about it since it's the lowest lol)
Reservation #1
Aug 8 only, 149/night. total $ 167.16
Reservation #2
Aug 9 & 10, 90/night. total $ 202.18
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Grand total $369.34 for 3 nights!!!

Just need to search for a good airline deal

Classic, that is a GREAT deal! Wow! If I remember correct (I called so many lol!), Bellagio is one of the hotels I called and they wouldnt give a group discount, it was like $200.00 a night!
