it's too early for me to say whether or not i can go... but i would love to attend this meet!! i'm going to keep my eye on this thread until i know for sure... probably won't be until at least 2 months beforehand, though.

last time i was in Vegas, i stayed at the Wynn... it's a fantastic hotel. can't say enough great things about it... i know there's lots of deals floating around for hotels/flights to Vegas, so i'll have to keep my eye out for those as well. :)

Don't throw your purses in my face ladies. I'm just trying to be a smart shopper esp. with saving up for our wedding, and our house. Okay, so I'm not so sure if I can make it after all. Remember how we were planning to go and make it a vacation out of this trip?? Weeeell, ends up that Southwest Airlines had a 1 day offer we couldn't refuse. If purchased tickets today from any 3 airports in the Bay Area, then our flights were 50% until June 10. Soooo, we got tickets for May 31-June 4th. Not quite sure if we'll be going again in August anymore.. Do you guys still love me??

Aww, it is a good deal you've got. perhaps you can visit us for round 2? I don't suppose anyone can get too much of Vegas fun

ClassicChic, it really was a great deal, with my round trip flight AND the hotel stay @ the MGM Grand it was only $155 per a person!! I don't know if I can go for a round two, because I'll be finishing up my summer session of school. Plus we'll be moving in December so I have to save money for that, and we're going to Hawaii to do some wedding stuff in January, so I have to save money for that, PLUS I have to save for our actual wedding. Ahh, so much stuff to do and pay for, and not enough money in this freakin purse

!!

ok, ok, i'm just jealous it's soo cheap b/c u r in CA, it would be aprox 1k flying from TX for 2, and that's with Bellagio @ 90/night lol.

OMG!! I didn't realise this meet was going to be in August!

Anyways - I'm hoping to come! Gotta figure out logistics first (ie.. i'm also planning a couple other trips to vegas, NYC, europe around the same time.)

BTW - what happens to the SO's when we're on our trip. (sorry if this has already been discussed since I haven't read the previous thread). I wonder if we should have a TPF SO's Meet up to run concurrently heheh..

^yup, but I wouldn't worry about my SO getting bore in Vegas, there are plenty of shows, restaurant, gamble and other fun activities guys can't wait to try out.

My 21st b-day is the 9th and I was thinking of going to Las Vegas for it!!
