Thank you beljwl for the message. I didn't know that there was a thread on So-Cal TPF members. I am relatively new here (member since late August).

I live in Santa Barbara, but I will be in San Diego on the weekend of Oct 5-7. Unfortunately, I will be with my boyfriend so I won't make that meeting. But since there are two meetings planned, I would love to join the second meeting, wherever it is.

I will see if I can sneak out and go to the Oct 6th meeting too. My DB can hang out with his friends while I make new friends and go shopping!

Well, our last meet we met at California Pizza Kitchen at 11:30 and lunch took about 90 minutes and then we went up stairs to the Beverly Center for some shopping for a few hours and then a few of us that wanted to do even some more shopping carpooled over to Rodeo Driver. We shopped there until 7 when all the shops closed.

I am sure it will be the same this time at BH/Bev center. And something similar at SCP. Meet up and have lunch and then do some shopping.

Don't feel like you have to spend the entire day if you do not want to. A few people actually just met up for lunch and had to go and did not do any shopping. Also, don't feel like you HAVE to buy something. Most people just window shopped. (myself included) But this time there is something small I have my eye on. If I can hold out another month.

I just voted and then checked the results...it's 50% to 50%!!!

LOl check again, it's not 1 up for SCP. It was me since it's a lot closer to me. I've never been to a meet before and am excited to join in. I just wanted to know if it would be ok if I brought a friend along. Or is this just tPF members? Not sure how it goes. But other than that, I say I'm in, but not 100%. Most likely though.

I sound so indecisive. Just like when purchasing an item. hehe

As of right now SCP seems to be winning. But since we have received so many votes for both locations we are going to be doing which ever location wins the vote on Saturday 10/06 and the other location on Sunday 10/13. Since there seems to be a few people that work Saturday's and this way they can make it.

For those's that have not already PM'ed me their email addresses please do so if you would like to receive an Evite.

For the SCP location I can drive from West Hollywood anyone wants to carpool.

We really hope you can join us since the last meet was so much fun.
