That sounds perfect. I hope I'm remembering correctly--Cafe Deluxe is close to the Galleria mall, but not in it, right? Across the highway?

Not living there, I know how to get to major things, but don't know the area at all like you do.

I like the idea of lunch and getting acquainted before shopping--excellent point, BLL!

Cafe Deluxe is in a white building and is connected to the Crate and Barrel store and are on International Drive not far from the intersection of International Drive and 123/Chainbridge Rd.

I know exactly where you're talking about! The entire DC area traffic intimidates me (more than Chicago ever did) but I do know how to get around in that area, and I know where the Crate and Barrel is.
