I am still hoping to make it also

There is a train that will let me off about 9:30 am at Randolph so that should be perfect ... now if the weather will just cooperate

I know--in Chicago, the weather is always a question. Crossing my fingers that everyone can make it.

I'm glad I saw this thread. I'm excited to meet other people from the forum as well so if I finish studying for my exam before then, I will definitely join you. Would it be alright to let you know a week before the 3rd?

ugh, can't go. totally forgot it's my BF's and his sisters grad school graduation parties...he was pretty indignant I was planning a "purse outing" and *forgot* about his party, LOL. Count me in for the next one for sure

yes!! I so hope to get an internship or residency there soon....Illinois weather is kicking my a**.

So funny - I'm McHenry Co., too! My HS was McHenry West Campus... My parents and sisters are still out there. My mother grew up in Cary and my father in CL. Small world!

I went to East Campus, but since our sports teams were merged together I knew a lot of people that went to West (I was on poms/dance team and tennis). It IS a small world!
