for a large meet, a sunday would be idea for me, and i have to have a few weeks notice to request off from work, but i really want to come! football season is hectic, but i'm willing to try and make it work, just not on a saturday!

college football in Athens is a religious experience!

lol, well i'm a redhead. and right now i'm BURNT from the braves game yesterday. so i shouldnt be hard to miss. although, by next friday i'm not sure how red i'll still be haha

i agree-- i think for a BIG meet, a weekend day would be better. but this time its just a few of us and friday worked best!

i have a ticket to the game but can't go! unless i bump off the other girl from work that they gave the weekend off to. which i'm seriously considering. she'll be sleepin' with tha fishes!

Um....Atlanta traffic at 5 pm on Friday is usually pretty hellacious. Which direction are you coming from?

Friday the 14th is good for me. I will get off work around 4:30, and I work downtown, so I could be there between 5 and 5:30. If we stay past 7 or so, it will give me a much easier ride home.

I can be there. I'm driving against the traffic so it shouldn't be a problem for me. Is someone going to call and make a reservation for "The Clubhouse"? I have the number if anyone needs it. We will need to call ahead though.

Don't worry, it has a bar but I take my kids there. Its just a nicer restaurant and you can spend anywhere from $10-$30 on an entree. They have a website so you can check the menu out ahead of time.

Sounds like fun!!!
