Yum, my favorite summer food is caprese salad. Fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzerella are a fantastic combo when its hot outside!

my ultimate summer meal would consist of a glass of chilled lemon iced tea, a BBQ meal full of chicken wings and homemade burgers and hotdogs and other good stuff....finishing off with a cold, juicy, seedless watermelon (the kind where it is so sweet, it's a bit sandy in the middle)!

WATERMELON IS MY FAVORITE-I ATE ONE TO ONE AND A HALF PER WEEK WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH ALL THREE OF MY CHILDREN, MY BABY IS 20! I CONTINUE TO EAT NEARLY AS MUCH NOW!
 I LOVE IT-ESPECIALLY WITH A LOT OF SALT SPRINKLED ON IT!!! |
