Carney's Chilli Dogs (can't stand the line at Pink's!), Gelato and Margaritas! Ok, Margaritas can be had all year round but a nice cold fruity one on hot summers are just wonderful.

To me, there is nothing like homemade chicken salad on a croissant! It is absolutely delicious, plus it's perfect for a picnic or a hot day when you want something quick and simple!!

Shish Kabobs! Erm, is that how you spell it? You know, it's where you stick meat and lots of vegetables and pineapples on those long stick thingies and then barbeque them...yes?

Corn on the cob and fresh tomatoes from the garden! I even make a salad from cherry tomatoes, fresh corn and avocadoes in a balsamic vinegrette. Thanks Martha Stuart and YUM!
