Mixed baby greens with a sesame vinagrette dressing, garnished with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, and topped with sliced grilled steak!

This is incredibly difficult! Just like deciding what fave purse to get next? Summer foods are the absolute best!

I would say this:
Caesar Salad with grilled flank steak and a perfect margarita; salt, ice, no sour mix natch.
[All made at home and eaten on the porch!]

I'd have to say Insalada Caprese (tomatoes and mozzarella with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper). Easy to make and absolutely delicious on a hot summer day.
