My perfect summer food is a nice hot bowl of high quality sho-yu (soy sauce) soup based Japanese ramen (egg noodles) with beans spouts, BBQ pork, corn, green onions and finish with a piece of dry seaweed... served with handmade juicy pork and chives dumplings on the side, and eaten with a nice cold conditioner blasting in the background, of course!

My favorite is: salad (tomato, cucumber,onion, salt and olive oil) and backed chicken with fried fresh potatoes

But only for summer I have an excellent recipe: fried tomatoes:fry onion+add crunching tomatoes+parsley+salt+sugar.That's all:easy and very delicious!!!

Genoise -- light layer cake with homemade whipped cream frosting and fresh berries inside and on top ^_^ sooooo delish.
