They send you an email with the tracking number.

If you're looking for somewhere on the site to look up your order, I don't think they have an online sign in to find out the status of your order. But I did receive an email with the UPS tracking information the day after I placed the order so if you didn't receive it, maybe it got sent to your junk mail folder? If not, I would email their customer service and ask...

Yes, they send an email the evening the bag ships with the UPS tracking number on it.
