Are you talking about the print or the shape of the bag? If it's the shape then d1000 has it right. But the print that is everything in just black and white is Tutti.

I second that

The bag in the picture you have attached is fake, the print this bag is imitating is called: "Tutti."

You can see the styles for this print in the following link:

These days, one can only find Tutti bags on e*bay or sometimes Craigslist.
