My boyfriend ordered me the Pegaso hobo bag and cosmetic bag (yay!) and it finally arrived today. I Scotchgarded it the minute it came out of the box. I oversprayed a little onto the leather trim and zipper and I wiped it off right away with a warm moist cloth. I'm just wondering what happens to the leather and zipper if I left Scotchgard on it (or if I'm paranoid that I didn't wipe it off well enough)? Also, is it possible to Scotchgard the inside of the bag? Thanks!

scotchguard is originally meant for leather so it is OK. inside? NO!!! Cotton cannot be scothguarded, as mentioned earlier or another one of these 547564 threads abt scotchguard, it's absorbent rendering the chemical useless.

Thank you so much for the fast reply!! I absolutely adore this print and I'm staring at them, willing them to dry faster so I can use them.
