File and "item not as described" complaint if she doesn't respond. The ladies in the eBay Forum can give you more info on that. (I've learned a lot about eBay from reading that forum)

oh yeah, but definitely don't do an item not described dispute on paypal because you will get no reimbursement :x

yeah i did it when i bought an item outside of eBay.. (well not from an eBay seller) and it arrived broken. the seller never reimbursed me. sigh.

I'm not sure how long to wait for that, but it's possible they won't be online anymore for the rest of tonight... I've never done this myself, so I'm not the best advisor though.
