Why can't they have spare parts for repair? Why? Boo!

Sorry I just had to rant! Thanks for listening to me!
If I were you I would buy a portatelfono (seems to be the cheapest out of all the toki's) and use it for the part! Good Luck, and I would feel the same if it happened to me too!

Maybe LSS used up all its spare parts? Since the line is discontinued, it probably makes no sense for LSS to re-produce spare parts. I remember at one stage they offered to repair Toki bags.

Just wanted to give all you lovely ladies an update with my Campeggio.
I was cleaning out my car - and I found my star rivet! I am going to take it somewhere to get it repaired.

But after that, I don't know if I will use it again.... at least in such a rough manner - but my friend has an AS Campeggio that has been through more then my bag and hers is still lasting.

Either way - just wanted to give tou a heads up about the rivets for all those that don't know. For those that know about the rivet, I wanted to thank you all for the helpful suggestions. Coincidentally, I was actually on my way to a store where I knew they had some Denaros left and I was thinking of purchasing one. I ended up using that money to get a pair of pewter flats LOL.

Anyway - just wanted to thank everyone for their input - it is definitely useful information for the future.

That's great that you found it! One of them came off of my L'Amore BV (my problem bag... its been giving me issues since the first day I got it), and I had the rivet, but when I went to get it fixed, he had to put a plain gold rivet there instead of the star one because it broke in half!

That bag also has zipper issues, I'm very annoyed with it.
