Matricola or Elegante in Fantasma?

I am thinking about either a matricola or elegante bag for casual use. I already have tons of other bags for work/school....so just something for fun.
I like matricola since it's got a front zipper pocket and a back pocket as well. However will it look odd with a casual skirt or jeans...does it look too school bag like?

As for elegante...I think it's a good size and it's got a long strap too. However no large outside pockets. I think if it fits my netbook, then the bag size should be ok. I think both would fit the netbook...but just puzzled which one to get.

If they sell for a lower price, then for sure I would get both...haha. BTW, I have a ciao ciao already.

If you own one or both of these bags, which one would you suggest to look nicer and be practical?
