I don't know about the Serena but what I usually do for such bags is to have little pouches to contain stuff (lipsticks etc) positioned at where I'd like to bulk up.

I had an organizer custom made for the Serena because I encountered exactly the same problem with the sides flopping down.

Hi, I'm new and have been searching for a solution to my Serena's sagging sides. Was so excited to see someone found an organizer that fits. Would someone please kindly pass me the information to purchase this organizer? Thanks so much - you can email me at lilybean143@hotmail.com Thanks!
