i dont know what happened to the leather strap that is suppose to be connected to the metal part. (the wristlet strap)i tried calling our lesportsac store but they said they couldnt do anything. WHAT SHOULD I DO? ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Do you have another porta that you could just interchange the strap with?

take it to a place were they repare shoes. thery can probably fix it
