Exclamation HELP, toki dokie tPFers!

My younger sister fell in love with Toki Doki last year. For her 13th Birthday, I got her this bag that she had been eyeing for a long time. Since she doesn't believe in buying a handbag more than 2 digits, she almost settled for a replica, but her older sister (me, being a handbag freak, wouldn't allow that.) So I saved up and got her this handbag. BUT, she came to me the other day telling me it has a loose thread and she's deeply saddened by it So, being the older sweet sister I am, I want to know is there any way I can fix this or SEND INTO repairs?

Thanks in advance TOKI DOKI gals!

LeSportsac will not repair Tokidoki Lesportsac products - I believe this info is listed on their website. Try bringing the purse to an alterations shop to see if they can repair it.
