Exclamation HELP!!! My BRAND NEW Vacanze scuola and paradiso denaro just got stolen in Sydney!!!

To all Tokidoki Lovers!!
BEWARE of your precious bags being a target for thieves! Mine just got stolen on George St in Sydney whilst I was having a bubble pearl tea drink with my friend! My vacanze scuola was brand new, it was meant to be a birthday present. It is so new it hasn't even been scotchguarded or even a photo taken of it yet!! Inside was my phone, and also my precious paradiso denaro with my favourite characters- mozzarella and sushi boy!
As you can imagine, I'm still feeling really stressed over it, and know the chances of me getting it back are almost zero. What hurts the most is that the paradiso denaro was the first tokidoki of my collection (so it is a little bit dirty) but the vacanze scuola was the only tokidoki for LSS bag to be added to my collection. I keep on blaming myself for not hugging tightly onto it, but it's a scuola, not like a handbag such as bella or zucca.

guys i really need your help!! I'm quite certain that whoever stole it would most likely have the intention of selling it, possibly on eBay/other auctions. Can you all please keep on eye out if a paradiso denaro or a vacanze scuola comes up, and PM me? I can post up a pic of my denaro. With the scuola though, haven't got a pic, but can recognise whether or not it is mine with the print placement.

*fingers crossed*
I miss my scuola and denaro so much!!
Please let me know if anything pops up. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Cheers,
dianaramacandy

Aw man that blows, how did you lose it? Did you put them down on a separate chair? How could you not have noticed something so colorful get stolen? I normally set my bags on my lap, or still wear them if they're across my body.

OH NO!!!!! how awful! Was it because it was tokidoki or did they just steal it for your wallet and money do you think?

I checked eBay but no vacanze scuolas or paradiso denaros, but they probably wouldnt put it on straight after they stole it. Keep an eye out and don't lose hope, that is the only place they could really sell it! I don't know how these people sleep at night!

Good luck!

That totally sucks! Do many Sydneysiders know about tokidoki? Because you wouldn't think such a cute colourful bag would be a target for theft. I'm so angry on your behalf. There isn't even a LSS store in Melbourne so I'd be stumped ( followed by stress and anger) if someone grabbed my tokidoki. I'll be on the look out on eBay for you! Post some pics of your denaro up and describe your scuola so we know what characters to look out for.

well there was not much money in the wallet at all. the only valuable thing I had was the scuola, and even though it was so colourful both me and my friend DIDNT see it being taken! My backpack was on the ground, but I often needed to get in and out of it while i was talking, for my phone and lipbalm. then suddenly it was gone! ah it's so unfair!!
i have a feeling they wanted the bag because of the print, to maybe make fakes of!!

mel_mel1004, it is quite rare to see a real tokidoki in sydney. most are fakes. i dont take a second glance at the fakes, but obviously thieves keep their eye out for a real one!

and guys, i found my scuola pic, it is only an eBay pic, because it is so new. and as for the paradiso denaro, i'll post that tmrw from my other computer. but you can tell from my avatar that mozzarella is on the bottom right of the denaro.

Thanks to everyone for keeping an eye out for me!
*fingers crossed!*

Did you make a police report? If you "catch" the seller on eBay and item originates from Sydney, then your local police might be able to make a move from there. Cos essentially it's pawning stolen property and you're not allowed to do that. Give photos to police.

That's so sad! What a cute denaro, too! I wasn't even that fond of the Paradiso print until I saw that... We'll keep an eye out for you, and remember, don't let go of your purse (any purse or bag!) in public!

Sorry about your experience. I know exactly how you feel because my house was broke into and my collections were thrown out of my cabinet. As I was organizing, I kept counting to see if I lost any. Luckily, the guy who broke into my house dont know anything about tokidoki. But seriously, that "feeling"....I know how it feels. I was there too.
