Hello Kitty Tokidoki-esque bag

Did someone post this already? If so, please delete ^^

But anyway, I was looking at my local Hot Topic and I happened to see a bag that resembled a ciao. When I went to look closer I saw that it was actually made by sanrio. Did anyone else see these bags? Do you think the same thing that went on with Mickeydoki will happen to these?

Wait, what happened with MickeyDoki? Did somebody crack down on it? All I knew is that it came out and people eventually caught on to where the idea came from.

These flap bags are not a new concept, several bag brands already had them long before LSS TOki did. I guess HK won't be infringing copyrights the way Mickeydoki did if the collection shows it's not mimicking LSS-Toki in any way e.g. leather details, studs, colored zipper teeth, and of course a name such as Kittydoki.
