cosmetics case in deluxe everyday bag missing?

is it possible for some designs of the deluxe everyday bag to not include the matching cosmetics case? i just bought one (the print is by anders wengrenn) at Nordstrom rack. i bought it regardless of sans cosmetics case and checked each one (there were only 2 left before i snapped up one of them). does it depend on the design/model or does the cosmetics case usually come with it?

it should come with every deluxe everyday bag. they probably fell off? there are some mini bags which don't come with the case, like the Lulu.
