Default Am I too old for Tokidoki?

I originally "met" the Purse Forum while googling tokidoki bags and trying to find out more about them last year. While I never bought one, I've come across the notion that I am getting too old for these adorable bags. I'm 30, BUT I'm a grad student...so that makes me younger????

I wanted to ask you all if you wouldn't mind sharing how old you were and what you thought of the target audience of tokidoki.

Also, if you don't mind, I am eye-ing a Bianco in a larger shape (like the Buon Viaggio) for use as a travel bag (carry-on for holding all my stuff on flights). Do you think it would be good for that, or would it get too dirty? I really like the Fumo avventura, but can't find it anywhere!

Thank you so much for indulging me!!

You are definitely not too old! There was a blog running on this forum before about ages, and there were people from 14 - 60! That's what is so great about these designs...young at heart. I'm 26 by the way and plan to continue collecting.

Yah you're def. not too old ... I'm 31 and as stated above, we had a thread going about "how old are you tokidoki lovers" or something like that and we're all ages

You're never too old to love tokidoki !!

You're definitely not too old. A good chunk of people that posted in this section of tPF are around your age, and plenty are older than you are.

Yay! Thanks everyone. I know it can be a dumb question, but I couldn't help but ask. I figured I would get honest responses here.

Now, to choose the bag...

(I tried to search this idea, but the search function was not working.)

Nope, not too old. I'm older than you and I get stopped all the time (1st edition, Buon Viaggio) for compliments. I got into Tokidoki after I saw someone at Bergdorf Goodman carrying it. Getting more attention now especially because of the Murakami exhibit now at the Brooklyn Museum . . .

IMHO, there is no age limit. Like Hello Kitty. It's just how you rock it.

LOL, wrong, I just turned 15 a month ago xD

But, if you're that concious about your age, it's good to be an undercover toki lover, with the fumo and bianco. I think the bianco looks more sophisticated with the gold N such. But to me (I carry mine around whenever I can), the bags get dirty easily.
