I emailled that person selling the fake trenino to tell them it was fake. I wouldn't bother usually, but the listing said that the seller guaranteed the bag's authenticity. I figured they just didn't know since they had good feedback otherwise. I got an email back telling me to mind my own business...

Indeed how rude!!!

I seem to have found another one... perhaps I should stop posting the ones I find, but this one made me giggle, they could at least have made some effort to make it look... less fake.

How do we know if the specific products like handbag is fake? It is the logo embedded or the kind of leather they are using?

I messaged the seller to request pics of the qee and the back of the zipper pulley. He replied with:

Quote:
The reverse side of the zipper pulley is plain, it does not say "riri" on it, which is why I posted on the listing that this item is probably a very good knock off rather than an authentic Tokidoki bag.

Reading his advert for this item on eBay, it sounds to me more like he's claiming its authenticity.

Yeah, that seller sells fakes and sometimes real bags.
They always bid on real things, though.

Oh, and re: "a good knockoff" ... to quote the listing: "This bag is BRAND NEW, Never Used and 100% Authentic" and "This bag is a relisting because the person who previously purchased it thought it was a knock off. I took it to the LeSportSac store at the Beverly Center, and they confirmed that it was actually an authentic bag." = B.S.!!!!!

this seller currently has 22 listings of these bags
when you cross the tokidoki print with the lesportsac classic styles = ugly fakes
