Instead of (or in addition to) reporting the fakes I've been sending the seller a "question". I suggest they read the "guide to fakes" on the tokidoki bloag, send the link and say that I think "maybe" the bag they are selling is fake.

I did that with three sellers yesterday, they all thanked me for sending the info and two pulled their auctions. (can't find the third right now!) Much better results than what I got by reporting to eBay....

ALL of karyna07's toki's are fake and she knows it. She tried to defend herself on tokidokiblog, claiming she didn't know they were fake, she had pulled them from the auction, blahblahblah. Then she went right back to selling them.

This one is just like the fake "original print nuvola" that was returned by the buyer (who posted pix of it on tokidokiblog), which karyna now has listed as "paradiso:"

How is she allowed to keep doing this??? It sux that so many people who unknowingly bought her fakes gave her great feedback!

Reported all her bags AGAIN and I sent this to LeSportSac:

Hello, people at LeSportSac,

I love your tokidoki bags and have over 20 of them! Luckily all of mine are real, but there are a lot of fakes being sold to the unsuspecting public.

Quite a few show up on eBay regularly, some are quite good and to the untrained eye are almost impossible to tell from the real ones. Of course it's a dead giveaway if a bag is being sold in a print/style combination that was never made.

The reason I am writing today is because there is one particular eBay seller who knows her bags are fake (she has admitted it publicly in an internet forum) yet she continues to sell them at prices often as high as real ones (proving people are being fooled!) I report her items on a daily basis to eBay, but her listing are never removed. Here is eBay's policy regarding reports on fake bags:

"If the item you reported does not appear on its face to violate this
policy, we may refer it to the intellectual property rights owner for
review. If the rights owner has a good faith belief that the item is
infringing, they may choose to send eBay a formal request to remove the
listing. "

I suspect that eBay has no "tokidoki" experts on staff and so can't really see how/why her bags are fake.

I'm wondering, have you been contacted about these fakes? If so, why have you chosen not to contact eBay and ask to have her listings removed or her account suspended? Her eBay user name is karyna07.

What addy did you use for your letter? I would like to send a letter as well. Maybe if they get several letters about the same problem/seller, they will really take it seriously. It makes me so mad that this person has positive feedback from buyers who were scammed and didn't know it!!!
