I have reported them all too, it sucks for the people that want a Toki & think that they are getting a great bargin, but in the long run they are just buying a bag that they could have made too. I had someone ask me about an eBay listing I have up what was written on the underneath side of the zipper. I hadn't ever looked before, but now that I have I realize that they all say the same thing, which I guess is another way to ID a true toki..

Heres a list of all currently up on eBay Australia. NONE are genuine! And the majority are sold by a 'powerseller' - she wasnt that last week!

reported.

I did read "the fine print" yesterday about what happens when you report something. the fact that these listing never get yanked maybe more LeSportsacs fault then eBays.

It says if they can not easily determine they are fakes (and remember they can't have experts on staff for every brand of every item they sell) that they refer the issue to the copyright owner (in this case LeSportsac). All the copyright owner has to do is ask eBay to do it and they will remove the listing.

My guess is all these reports we make end up going to LeSportsac and they are the ones ignoring it.

Yeah, but they put tokidoki in the heading & the style is a toki style...so irritating.

I reported it and sent the following question to the seller:

"Why does this bag say "Flower Spring" on it instead of "tokidoki for LeSportSac" like all the others I've been looking at? "

Wow, I had to look twice to figure out it was a fake. That is probably the best fake I've seen.
