Where does it say tokidoki? In addition, some people can't afford real ones as long as they arent being conned into thinking what they are getting is real and paying some high price.

But yeah, you know I was reading an article about how all fake bags are made in sweatshops... that's why they're so cheap because you have people and little kids working to death at a couple cents a day or even month! I think that's why I hate fake bags more so than anything

If they werent working in sweat shops they would probably be sold into the sex trade, hmm whats the worse of the two evils?

I think andiamo got discontinued together with bella bella and mamma? so i guess playground is the last season they were made.

Cucciolo was made to replace andiamo. And i think the first season for cucciolo was citta/foresta.

How are you guys reporting these "designer inspired" bags?

from what I've come across apparently "inspired" bags are legal as long as they don't have any wording etc that identifies them as "tokidoki" or "lesportsac" on the bag or description. That's why I was wondering if the tokidoki characters were copyrighted because if they are then you can report them as fakes because they stole characters

have you guys noticed all the original stellinas?? i think they are fake alot of them have the same placement & almost all of them are missing the meomi qee
what do you think?

A lot of bags, especially those with smaller repetitive patterns, have similar placements.

From what I know I can't tell if they're fake. Close-up shots show that they have the right texture, right tags, right colors, etc. As for missing meomi qees... maybe some were stolen or something.

I personally can't tell the difference so they're really good fakes if they are in fact fake. I find it weird that a lot of them are popping up right now but who knows maybe people started noticing the untapped smaller stores. Until recently a lot of people were under the impression that the original prints were all sold out in stores but various TPF members have found some at smaller legit locations. So it's really up to you to decide if they're fake or not
