Tod's in Singapore is indeed cheaper than the US, but our American friends have the outlet malls, have been to Woodsbury and Cabazon a few times, and boy, are we missing out. Went to Gotemba outlet in Tokyo recently and the prices are nowhere as low.

For those of us flying in or transiting at Singapore, there's a Tods boutique at T2 where you can shop tax free. So far, it's not tough getting the latest bags that are supposedly sold out somewhere else.

For fellow Singaporeans, there is a private charity sale at Tods this weekend at the Paragon boutique only. Good luck!

ahhh, just back from the charity sales at paragon. i bought a black G-bag today - the one with the zipper :):):) i think its called G Bag East West? Funny though, the prices here worked out to be similiar to what i saw in Berlin when i was there recently. i would have thought it would be much cheaper in Berlin / europe ...

sugarspun, congrats! Is it the east-west coated canvas? I have been pining after that bag for ages, but it's not available in the the U. S. Have seen it in leather here, which is also beautiful, but I haven't seen the leather in black. Again, congrats! Please post pix if you have them available.
