So Kathy, have you learned to love your bag? or alterned it? or still feeling ambivalent?

Like bagspy, I use a VIP bag liner in all my bags, so I don't really have too much of an issue with losing things, but the leather is pretty slouchy (sounds unlike dierregi's bag), and even with the bag liner, the bag won't stand up on its own.

I'm debating taking it to a cobbler to have a snap put on it, but am hesitating because I have always been afraid of altering a designer bag. Has anyone tried this?

I have a question, doesn't the older D Bag have the cinches on the side like to Neverfull to keep it closed? I could be wrong, but thought I saw this?

Yes the d-bag before it got 'restyled' had the cinches on the side. Doesn't really keep it closed... but it helps .
